This ADVANCED midwifery course is designed to be taken after the completion of the first year of one of STMI's midwifery programs OR as a continuing education course.
Physical and sexual abuse survivors will become clients of midwifery. The student midwife will be educated in how to properly and professionally support survivors in the process, expectations and triggers of the childbearing years.
This course will be opened for enrollment soon and can be taken either independently or as one of the requirements for graduation from Sacred Transitions Midwifery Institute's midwifery programs. To apply, please email anaturalbirth@hotmail.com for an enrollment packet.
